(Decreto legislativo n° 81 del 2018) ex D.lgs. 626 del 1994; riferimento Titolo II: Luoghi di lavoro – capo I – articolo 64, allegato IV: requisiti dei luoghi di lavoro 1.9 : obbligo di immediata rimozione dei depositi contaminanti e sanificazione degli impianti.

Prescrizioni contenute nei punti e al capitolo aerazione dei posti di lavoro: “Gli stessi impianti devono essere periodicamente sottoposti a controlli, manutenzione, pulizia e sanificazione per la tutela della salute dei lavoratori”. “Qualsiasi sedimento o sporcizia che potrebbe comportare un pericolo immediato per la salute dei lavoratori dovuto all’inquinamento dell’aria respirata deve essere eliminato rapidamente”.

Prescrizioni contenute nell’articolo 63 comma 1 : “I luoghi di lavoro devono essere conformi a quanto specificato nell’allegato IV” .

Prescrizioni art. 64 comma 1: “Il responsabile del procedimento e che ha il dovere di provvedere è il Datore di lavoro”.

Prescrizione art. 68 comma 1 lettera B: “Il soggetto responsabile che non provvede è punito con l’arresto da 3 a 6 mesi o con l’ammendo da 2.000 a 10.000 euro”.

Tale procedura costituisce un importantissimo documento per la valutazione dei rischi e la gestione delle attività di manutenzione igienico-sanitaria dei sistemi aeraulici.

The ozone sanitisation is a totally ecologic method, it’s considered the most recommendable system, not leaving any toxic or harmful residues, it’s define as a safe agent “GRAS” by the F.D.A., the American Food and Drug Administration institution.

In Italy, the Ministry of Health, in the protocol n°24482 31/07/1996, recognized the ozone disinfection as a natural device to sterilize environments from any bacteria, viruses, mites and others.

The cleanings of greasy contaminant from kitchen fumes does not present difficulties for the components, or visible surfaces of the hoods. Our technology allow us to do a complete decontamination also inside the kitchen smoke duct. By using a special probe, designed for this kind of intervention, is possible to quickly and efficiently remove every greasy residues deposited inside the dicts.


Lower risk of microbiological contamination

The extraction plants present in the kitchens can be fertile ground for the proliferation of microorganisms that can nest in hoods and extraction ducts, so they can come into contact with foods that are prepared in the immediate vicinity.

Lower risk of fire

Contaminations of oily fats and residues are very dangerous as fat is highly flammable, such plants being subjected to very high operating temperatures, can speed up the combustion process causing a high risk of fire in environments.

Improved efficiency

Plants with high fat in them can be imbalanced by no longer guaranteeing the design operating conditions, thus speeding up the process of premature deterioration of the ventilating crates and constituting draw problems of the plants themselves that can re-emit bad odors in adjacent environments.

Lower duct weight problems

When a funnel has a substantial obstruction of fat inside it, it is a weight problem as the anchor structures installed during the project are subjected to severe stress due to the weight of the fat deposited internally.
